Well, I decided to make this visual style, because of two reasons:

1) creating a matching VS to

's great ThaImpact wall and objectdock skin

2) lack of dark themes for Windows Vista

I recommond you to use a dark wallpaper and to set the transpareny to 0%.
Moreover, the taskbar looks best, if you choose big icons for your quicklaunch.

I know that there are a few things that are NOT black, because I really don't find them. But the most used things (imo) are fitting to the rest.

Does this theme packs have viruses on them? Cuz last time I downloaded one it slowed my PC, and can't do anything with it.. So I just restored my whole PC.

I have your old one and have to use windows theme installer to do it. after i patch using universal theme patcher.

I guess my question is why cant i load this using the theme installer 1.1 "is what i am using"

Oh My God, that want you to do everything but re-write all of win 7! Lmao, thats if you Order a membership at a blog that is listed in the Readme file for directions and an essential program you will need to make this work. Hilarious how they had many of us go through the whole Vista mumbo jumbo before telling us "Oh wait that was for Vista, here is the hoops to jump through for Win 7". For all you people who want a cool theme that doesn't involve a couple hours of looking up blogs, abbreviations, and etc just to install a cool theme...just type in Blue, Green, (whatever color) theme and skin pack for windows 7. There are a ton of new Modern files you just download and launch and you get some awesome themes without all this craziness.
