Is everything black (unlike ThaImpact)?

How does the scroll bar look? In TheImpact, it was hard to find it. I like to be able to see the scroll bar easily.

the scrollbar is visible on the screenshot. And yes, it's all black, instead of ThaImpact

How do i get those pry icons set?
If its iconpackager could u provide me with ur icon file so i dont have to set manually. also i cant find pry system icons for windows
