Dark Agility -BLUE- the most customized Visual Style for Windows 7 RTM




I came to the idea of making this visual style through all the comments about a new black/dark visual style for windows 7. So this is the result. Hope you like it :)

This is the blue version of my previous Dark Agility VS.
It takes a bit more time than I thought, because I was a bit busy lately. Nevertheless, this is the result. I hope you will enjoy it :)

Dark Agility -BLUE- VS by =DjabyTown is -without a doubt- one of the most streamlined and most beautiful dark themes you can get for windows 7. in short: it's plain awesome.

Been using this theme for 2 years now. By far my favorite dark theme for Win7.

I recently just reinstalled it since I got a new laptop.
Thankfully I had Fedora 16 installed on my system as well, to dual boot into, because I made the mistake of copying over the shell32.dll file before restarting after I patched my system, and when I restarted I couldn't even log in... my windows was f$cked because the shell32.dll was missing..

So lucky enough for me, having the fedora system I could boot into, I was able to go into fedora and repatch the files and when I rebooted I could log into windows again.

So just a small warning for you all. MAKE SURE YOU RESTART AFTER PATCHING, before you copy over the system files! or you sure will regret it! ;)

Thanks so much for this theme, even years later. I still love it! :)

I recently updated all system files [Explorer.exe/Explorerframe.dll/Shell32.dll/Timedate.cpl] to SP1 for this theme. The reason being I loved this theme prior to the release of SP1, and since then, the author has been missing from the scene. I plan on updating the files for his other themes [Dynamic Black/nautiKK] also. If anyone else is in the same predicament and would like a copy of these files, message me your email and i will send you a copy. I take no credit whatsoever for this, I just do not want to see these beautiful themes disappear because they are out of date. Below is a screenshot of me running the theme. Please note this is in SP1. Also for anyone interest, I am using the Token icon set by brsev which I will link you to below. Again, credit to DjabyTown for making these beautiful dark styled themes.

if you could make this same theme but with purple accents instead of blue... i would never have want for any other theme ever again. <3 or if you did purple and black for dynamic black, that would be really awesome too.

GREAT WORK this is very well put together. I just wish i could have purple.

Just one thing, this type of themes, blacks, usualy make the default colors of microssoft office exe., black also, and for who uses this programs often, it s a litle annoying.

the start button won't change, I can only get the one in the picture by changing it to default, but when I log out and log back in, its back to the original one. Also, I liked the colored expand arrow (like the one next to the icons next to the clock), and also, the circle with the dot is too dark, I can't see the dot (The one on forms and surveys and stuff), the rest is good though.
